Placing Your Order

Placing your order is easy! Click on our Shop tab and choose the bouquet style you desire. Choose your box size. Petite boxes fit 12-16 roses while Grande boxes fit 25-36 roses. You may choose up to 3 colors in an arrangement. Feel free to add Gold Roses, an original La Fleur creation. Finally, choose your box. Our precision arrangements are available in heart or square boxes. Add to cart! 

All orders come with a hand written message card and a care card for the recipient to ensure proper care of their luxury gift. 

 

Shipping & Delivery

La Fleur ships nationwide! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority. Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed and shipping is typically 4-5 business days. We always do our best to ship your order so that it arrives early or on the selected delivery date. 

Local Hand Delivery is available in the greater Los Angeles area. 

 

Return Policy

Because every single bouquet is custom created, La Fleur does not accept returns. Should there ever be a problem with your order, please send us an email and we will be sure to resolve it.

 

What are preserved roses?

Preserved roses are real roses that have been naturally enhanced to last up to one year without any water! These roses are grown in our farm in Ecuador. The volcanic region, elevation, and climate contribute to the growth of the largest, strongest and most beautiful roses that we deliver directly to you! 

 

How do I care for my roses?

Preserved roses require minimal maintenance. Keep your roses away from sunlight and moisture and your bouquet will continue to keep the look and feel of fresh roses month after month. Please do not remove your roses from your box.

Confirmation of Order

 Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verifications or information.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

Payment

 You must pay in full by debit, credit card, or PayPal Secure Checkout in advance when you submit an order through our Website.

Payment will be collected at the time of placing the order. Full payment must be received in advance before any goods are prepared or dispatched. If any payment is subsequently withdrawn, disputed, charged back or reversed in any way by you, you will have to pay the full amount of the sale, plus an administration fee and any additional fees incurred by La Fleur.

  

No Refunds

As all of our products are preserved roses, all sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. Our roses have been preserved to last UP TO one year. We cannot guarantee that roses will last a full year without proper care. Over time, rose colors may change and the scent may fade.

 

Delivery

 Delivery will be deemed to have taken place at the time La Fleur places an order in the possession of any carrier service (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express, DHL, Hand Delivery) for customer delivery. La Fleur is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession.

 

If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid disappointment.
